Design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance
One contractor from the first survey to the quarterly service visit. Nothing is subcontracted out of our scope, so there is one drawing set, one BOQ and one commissioning record.
Six services, quoted as one scope
Most clients take all of them. Any one can be taken on its own.
Fire fighting systems
Sprinkler, hydrant and pre-action systems — pipework, pumps, valves and fittings, sized against the building.
Suppression & special hazard
Clean-agent, CO₂ and foam flooding for rooms where water is the wrong answer.
Fire detection & alarm
Addressable and conventional panels, aspirating detection, and cable-based heat sensing.
Fire extinguishers
ABC, CO₂, BC, foam, water, modular, ball, clean-agent and trolley-mounted units, with refilling and hydro-testing.
Security products
Access control, surveillance and building security, designed alongside the fire system where the two have to interlock — a controlled door on an escape route is a fire matter before it is a security one.
The order of a job
Every project runs through the same six stages, whatever its size.
- 01SurveySite walk-through, riser measurement, occupancy and hazard classification.
- 02DesignHydraulic calculations and drawings prepared for consultant and fire-brigade approval.
- 03SupplyEquipment from authorised distributors, delivered against a stamped BOQ.
- 04InstallFloor-by-floor execution planned around occupancy.
- 05TestPressure, flow and loop tests witnessed, with a signed commissioning record.
- 06MaintainInspection, extinguisher refilling and drill support under an annual contract.
HVAC installation
We install HVAC systems alongside fire safety work. On a fit-out where both are in scope, having one contractor coordinate the ductwork and the detection avoids the clash that otherwise surfaces at commissioning.
Send us the site details and we will send back a priced BOQ
Floor count, riser condition and the make of any existing panel are enough to start.
